Atlas: Questions and Answers

Legal structure

• Which company legally issues the IP Shares?
• In which jurisdiction is Atlas registered?
• Is this a regulated product?
• Which countries can participate and which cannot?
• Do I need to complete KYC and what documents will be required?

Yes, verification is mandatory and is completed once — on the SWC side. There is no need to go through it separately when buying an Atlas package.

Until verification has been completed, the projects in the account are unavailable: you can look at a project in the showcase, but you cannot open it and buy a package.

On documents: an international passport will do. Citizens of the Russian Federation can also complete verification with their Russian internal (civil) passport.

If verification does not go through for technical reasons — contact support, this is a solvable situation.
