Why Atlas Cannot Simply Be Copied from an Existing Solution

When there is already a working model on the market, a new product can be built according to a familiar approach: study existing solutions, select the required functions, and adapt them to a specific objective.
This approach does not work for Atlas.
The project brings together within a single system processes that currently exist separately. Therefore, the team cannot take an existing product and simply replicate its architecture — the mechanics of Atlas have to be designed around the platform’s specific objectives.
This is precisely why, before development began, the team worked separately on business models, user scenarios, data management, functions, and the communications between system elements. All of these components should operate not as a collection of separate tools, but as a unified digital infrastructure.
This is one of the key distinguishing features of Atlas: the project is being created not as yet another service for the real estate market, but as a new model for interaction between its participants within a single platform.
The Pre-Seed round is now open. Check whether participation in Atlas is available for your SWC account.
The eligibility check is carried out in your personal account and does not entail any obligations.
