Dividends That Arrive Every Month Instead of Once a Year

Most companies pay dividends once a quarter or once a year. But there is one company that does it every month—twelve times a year.
Realty Income pays approximately $0.27 per share every month—about $3.25 per share annually, distributed across twelve consecutive monthly payments. Participants in the Road to $1M strategy who joined at the beginning in March have already received several monthly dividend payments from this stock. Income that arrives automatically, without your active involvement, is the first step toward reducing dependence on a single salary.
But the story is not only about frequency. Realty Income has increased its dividend for more than 30 consecutive years, raising it over 670 times without a single interruption. This is not the result of one exceptional year—it is a Dividend Aristocrat with a decades-long track record of consistent distributions.
And these dividends are not reserved for large institutional funds. Everyone who follows the strategy receives them on the same basis. The U.S. stock market is accessible through most international brokerage firms. You can check the available options in your country in just a minute by asking any AI assistant:
"I live in [country]. Which brokers allow me to buy U.S. stocks, and are there any restrictions for residents?"
Would you like monthly dividend payments to arrive in your account as well?
SWC Pass provides access to ready-made strategies for both the Russian and U.S. stock markets, including guidance on which securities to select, in what allocation, and when. You can get started with a relatively small amount.
