July concluded with three dividend payments under the Russian segment of the Road to $1M strategy. All proceeds were credited directly to participants' brokerage accounts, without requiring a single transaction on their part.
Inter RAO paid RUB 0.3214 per share for the 2025 financial year, with funds credited by July 14. The dividend yield was approximately 10%: an investment of RUB 100,000 in the company's shares generated approximately RUB 10,100(around $140) over one year of holding—without executing a single trade. The company has paid dividends consistently for 11 consecutive years, while its first-quarter revenue increased by nearly 19%, further strengthening the foundation for future dividend payments.
Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port (NCSP) paid RUB 1.14 per share, representing a dividend yield of approximately 13%—the second-highest dividend yield on the Russian stock market. The funds were credited around July 27: an investment of RUB 100,000 generated approximately RUB 13,100 (around $180).
Sberbank declared a dividend of RUB 37.64 per share, with the same amount paid on both ordinary and preferred shares. For preferred shares, the yield is approximately 11.7%: an investment of RUB 100,000 generates roughly RUB 11,700 (around $160). The shareholder register closed on July 20, and the payment is expected to be credited around August 3—this dividend is still on its way.
The key point is not the one-time amount, but the timeline. Road to $1M was launched in March, and participants received the first portfolio dividend payments after just one quarter, not years down the road. And the dividend calendar does not end here—the next payment dates are already approaching.
