Atlas Began with a Problem Identified from Within Dubai’s Real Estate Market

Behind every technology product is a problem that someone once decided should no longer be accepted as a given.
For Atlas, that starting point was Dubai’s real estate market.
Leo Kazarchuk, the founder of Atlas, worked as a broker in Dubai and saw how the market operated from within: how its participants interacted, where processes remained fragmented, and what challenges arose at different stages of working with real estate.
This experience became the foundation for the idea behind Atlas — to create a digital platform that would bring property search, verification, documentation, payments, and property registration together within a single system.
Today, Atlas has already come a long way from an idea to a fully designed technology platform. Now, the next important stage is beginning — the Pre-Seed round and participation in the project through IP Shares.
IP Shares provide a formally documented share of Atlas intellectual property and the right to participate in the distribution of a portion of the platform’s net profit in accordance with the project terms. They are not shares, tokens, or cryptocurrency — the rights of IP Shares holders are recorded by an independent registrar.
The Pre-Seed round is now open. Check whether participation in Atlas is available for your SWC account.
The eligibility check is carried out in your personal account and does not entail any obligations.
