How We Improved the Platform Experience for Our Community

Platform development is an ongoing process in which our team invests significant resources. Over the past few weeks, the company's technical department has completed a major block of work aimed at improving the quality and usability of the partner dashboard. Here are the key updates.
Withdrawals
One of our priorities was optimizing the withdrawal process. We completely reworked the technical architecture responsible for processing requests and rolled out updates that eliminated processing delays.
Today, withdrawals are processed normally and without delays. All requests that were previously pending have been closed on a priority basis. The team continues to monitor the stability of this process on an ongoing basis.
Verification
Special attention was paid to user verification, a key element of platform security. While analyzing community requests, we identified an issue with how the service integrated into our platform processed passports of partners from the Russian Federation. The IT team took ownership of the solution and, after a number of improvements on the service side, updated the functionality and document acceptance logic. Russian passports are now processed correctly and in full compliance with system requirements, with no need for additional support requests.
Progress Bar Update
We have updated the progress bar display in user dashboards. Previously, the interface element was visible but did not pull up-to-date data. This has now been fixed, and partners see accurate information.
Platform Localization
We continue to make the platform accessible to a wider audience of partners. The dashboard and key sections of the platform are now available in German, Spanish and Kyrgyz, in addition to the existing language versions.
Platform Infrastructure Development
Alongside targeted improvements to individual features, the company continues to develop the platform infrastructure as a whole. In the last week alone, the website was visited by 9,300 users, confirming steady growth in community engagement. The platform is built on a responsive layout, ensuring an equally high-quality experience on any device, whether a computer, tablet or mobile phone.
What's Next
Improving the platform remains a priority for us. The pace of this work matches the growth rate of the entire ecosystem: what started as support for a single project is steadily transforming into a multi-project model. Soon we will share an update on the roadmap for Atlas, the first project on the showcase, as well as on the development of educational programs on SMART.
